Rohner Letterpress Welcomes Marc Johnson to the Team

MarcHeadShotAs we prepare for great things in 2014, Rohner Letterpress is proud to welcome Marc Johnson to the print family. Marc is Rohner’s new Sales and Marketing Director, and he brings over 18 years of experience to the role. He has worn many hats throughout his career and dedicates an incredible energy and passion to his work. Whether engaged with customers or collaborating with internal teams, Marc excels at creatively solving challenges, particularly those involving limited time, people, and financial resources.

Before coming to Rohner Letterpress, Marc held multiple leadership roles within forward-thinking, industry-leading organizations. Immediately prior to joining Rohner Letterpress, Marc worked as a Consultant at Compass(x) Strategy, a Chicago-based brand consulting firm. In other roles Marc functioned as the Director of Marketing for Chicago’s award-winning Intelligentsia Coffee, as the Director of Marketing at the all-natural functional drink Solixir, as a Retail Planner at UPSHOT Marketing, and as an Sales and Marketing Account Manager with Starbucks Coffee.

Marc earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California-Berkeley and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame.

So, how does this affect your interaction with Rohner Letterpress? Well, you now have another point of contact for creative consulting. Want someone to explain the process of letterpress and how it differs from other forms of printing? Marc’s your guy. Want someone to come to your studio for an ideation session? Marc will do that. Want to come by the shop to see what a letterpress printer looks like? Marc will be happy to provide the tour. (In all three instances, however, Marc did want you to know that good coffee will result in a better outcomes for you. He’s just sayin’.)
