Envelope Converting promo

Created for our display at the Unisource Paper Show last month, our new envelope converting promotion tries to simplify the process of quoting a custom envelope. We collaborated with Liz Cook of Press & Fold Design on a proportion wheel trifold to clarify all the pesky details; grain direction, seam & flap options, even flat sheet sizes needed to help with paper calculations. To keep things easy, there’s even a price list on the back for converting the standard sizes included on the wheel (paper, of course, isn’t included).

The piece was printed in four spot colors (3 grays, including a metallic, and an orange) on both sides, diecut and then finished with silver tone eyelets to allow the wheels to move around the center. You just dial in the size you want, and get the info you need.

Serious thanks to Andrew Dembitz at Unisource for including us in the show and giving us the impetus to create this fun piece! We do have some left, so if you’re in the market for small-run custom envelope conversion, shoot us an email.
